How to make vegetable rolls
Step 1
Mix the flour with the corresponding amount of yeast powder, eggs, add water and knead the dough, cover and let it rest. (Refer to the yeast powder instructions for measurement)
Step 2
Pick and wash the shepherd’s purse.
Step 3
Blanch the shepherd’s purse, remove it, squeeze out the water, and chop.
Step 4
Add shredded carrots, sesame oil, and salt and stir well.
Step 5
Peel a few ham sausages.
Step 6
The dough is significantly enlarged and honeycomb-shaped.
Step 7
Spread the flour on the panel, remove the dough and knead until fine and smooth.
Step 8
Knead into small dough in sections.
Step 9
Roll it into a slightly thick dough.
Step 10
Lay out the dishes.

Roll it up and gently knead it into thin strips.

Spiral wrapping wraps the sausage tightly.

Add water to the steamer, put on the rolls, cover and wait for the steamer to be served again. (You can also stack it on a flat plate and put it in the steamer, as shown in the picture)

Bring to a boil over high heat and steam for about 25 minutes. (The use of cooking utensils, seasons and other factors are different, and the time needs to be fine-tuned by yourself)
Step 15
It can also be replaced with other vegetables.
