Recipe for tomato and clam pasta

Step 1

The clams are soaked in water with a little sesame oil overnight, and they will spit out sand, and they won’t eat the mud and sand when they eat it!

Step 2

As shown in the picture on the left, wash the tomatoes and cut them with a cross knife, as shown in the picture on the right, boil water in the pot, add the tomatoes and blanch them for a while, and the scratched area will become bigger and you can fish it out!

Step 3

Next, you can easily tear off the skin from the crack and cut it into small pieces for later use. Wash the celery or coriander and cut it into sections for later use.

Step 4

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, add a little salt and a few drops of olive oil, add pasta, look at the pasta instructions, cook for one minute less than the instructions. Or add a piece to taste it at about the same time, and you can fish out the cold water for later use without a hard core!

Wash the pot, add a spoonful of olive oil, add minced garlic, shredded ginger bursts into fragrance, pour in the tomatoes and stir-fry until the water comes out

Add a spoonful of tomato sauce and stir-fry for a while

Pour in clams, celery, cooking wine and stir-fry for a while, add salt and sugar, then you can taste the saltiness and increase or decrease the seasoning.

Finally, add the pasta and stir evenly, turn off the heat and serve.

After serving, sprinkle with black pepper and chopped herbs, and you can eat!
