Tiramisu

Tiramisù is a famous Italian cake with a gorgeous appearance and a charming posture, one of which means “remember me”. Legend has it that tiramisu is a dessert belonging to love, and those who eat it will hear the call of the god of love.

Ingredients for tiramisu

Tiramisu practice

Step 1

Remove the cheese from the refrigerator an hour in advance to warm up. Gelatin tablets are softened in ice water.

Slowly add to the egg yolk liquid, and start the electric whisk at low speed to whip evenly.

The cheese is whipped smoothly.

Pour the egg yolk paste into the cheese paste and mix well.

Cooking tips for tiramisu
