How to make Thai green papaya salad

Step 1

Prepare the ingredients, remove the head and shell of the prawns, cut the back and set aside.

Step 2

The sauce and seasoning are ready, remove the seeds and roast the dried chili peppers until fragrant, coarsely chop and set aside.

Step 3

Put a little oil in a pan and fry the prawns.

Step 4

Shave the green papaya into shreds, fry the prawns and set aside.
