How to make burritos
Step 1
1⃣Cut millet peppers, bell peppers, and onions into small pieces, chop tomatoes, mince beef (maintain texture, do not chop too much) and set aside;
Step 2
2⃣Mash avocados with a little salt and a little lemon juice to make guacamole; Put bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes in a large bowl, add a little sugar, salt, black pepper, paprika, and lemon juice and stir well to make a salsa sauce without coriander for later use;
Step 3
3⃣Slice the garlic, fry the garlic cloves in a frying pan, add the minced beef and stir-fry for a while, add 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and a little Korean barbecue seasoning powder, continue to stir-fry evenly and set aside; melt the cheese into a sauce and set aside;
Step 4
4⃣Bake the burrito in a pan over low heat for a while to make it crispy~ The ingredients are ready and you can start!
Step 5
5⃣First, spread a thick layer of avocado sauce, then put salsa, minced beef, cheese sauce, and I also prepared TABASCO (I think it must be added!). There are also two sauces from VE that I recommended before, and you can eat them directly on top!

Cooking tips for burritos
✏️ I didn’t buy a taco so I used this one instead, and the giant taco tastes very good hahaha; ✏️ If you don’t eat beef, you can replace it with chicken breast; When stir-frying minced meat, you can be a little heavier and lighter with other ingredients; ✏️ I don’t like coriander, so I didn’t put it in the salsa; millet pepper replaces jalapeno pepper; After it is ready, put it in the refrigerator for a while and the taste will be more integrated; Kitchen utensils, tastes, etc. vary from person to person, so the above is for reference only!
