Super ugly but super delicious Indian curry chicken

There are some dishes in the world, no matter how you arrange them and take pictures, they are hopelessly ugly, but the taste is top-notch. Indian chicken curry (beef, eggplant) is a dish with this blend. Indian curry is very particular about the ingredients. The curry used for chicken, beef, and vegetables is made from different condiments, and the taste is unique, which is a classic dish of Indian cuisine. Here is chicken curry, if you want to eat beef, you can’t simply replace the chicken with beef to cook. Of course, if we don’t invite Indians to eat at home, it doesn’t matter if it’s not particularly authentic.

Ingredients for Indian curry chicken

Chicken cut into pieces1 catty onions1
Garlic2 petals Jiang Rong1 tsp
Curry powder1 tbsp. l Dried coriander powder1 tsp
Red pepper powder1 tsp Cumin powder1 tsp
tomato2 turmeric1 tsp
Coconut water1/2 measuring cup water1/2 measuring cup
Masala powder (saved)1 tsp Lemon juice (saves)1 tsp
Coriander/green onion1 stick salt2 teaspoons

Indian chicken curry recipe

Step 1

All the ingredients are listed here. I didn’t use lemon juice at the end because the tomatoes were sour enough. Chicken diced, onion, garlic diced, ginger ginger.

Step 2

First, fry the chicken a little with a little salt.

Step 3

Heat the pan with cold oil, add 2 tablespoons of oil, add onion, garlic and minced ginger, and add a little salt and stir-fry until soft; add curry, turmeric, cumin powder, red pepper powder, eat spicy or not, adjust by yourself. The amount here is medium spiciness. Stir-fry evenly. About 1 minute. Be careful not to stir-fry these dry powders.

Step 4

Add tomatoes, I use 1 15-ounce canned tomatoes here, you can use fresh tomatoes directly, 2 will do. Add yogurt and quickly add coconut water to prevent the yogurt from granulating at high temperatures. Stir-fry and stir well.

Step 5

Add water, dried cilantro shavings, masala powder

Step 6

Add the sautéed chicken

Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes

The curry is ready

Serve with rice, pour over the chicken curry and curry sauce, and finish with chopped green onions or fresh cilantro for garnish. The taste is beautiful.
