How to stir-fry beef with sauerkraut

Step 1

Shred the green onion and shred the ginger and set aside

Cut the butter into strips and marinate with salt, pepper, starch, and water, about 15-20 minutes. Air fryer at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. If you don’t have an air fryer, fry it in a pan and set aside.
