Step 1

Prepare the ingredients, cut the potatoes, cut the red pepper and yellow pepper, shred the dried chili, dice the onion, cut the ham into pieces (the size can be about 1 cm to 1.5 cm), put the eggs in a basin and beat, salt, white pepper

Heat oil in the pot, then add the ham, stir-fry until the ham is slightly charred, then add the potatoes and stir-fry until the potatoes are slightly cooked

Add the remaining ingredients, red pepper, yellow pepper, onion, chili, and add salt, seasoning, during the stir-frying process (you can add some water or not), I added a little, for fear that the stir-fry would be too burnt.

After all the ingredients are fried, add them to a large bowl of beaten eggs and stir well

Pour into the pot, cook over high heat for a while, cover the pot and cook over low heat until the eggs are cooked

Sprinkle white pepper on the surface after removing from the pan.
