Spanish olives and braised radishes

The first time I use olives to cook, it is quite fresh, I am curious about what kind of taste collision will occur when olives are combined with other ingredients, are you looking forward to it?

Ingredients for Spanish olives and braised radish

Dried radish150 g Spanish olives5-6 pcs
cooking oil15 g salt2 g
oyster sauceHalf a spoon Shrimp6-7 pieces
A fan of someoneHalf a handful Green onionhalf

Spanish olive stewed radishes

Step 1

Wash the shrimp and remove the shrimp line, and peel and wash the white radish.

Step 2

Slice the olives, cut the radish into strips, and cut the green onion into small pieces.

Step 3

Heat the pan with cold oil and oil to 50%, add chopped green onions and stir-fry until fragrant, add radish strips and stir-fry a few times.

Step 4

Pour in water and boil for five or six minutes.

Step 5

Add the shrimp and olive slices and cook for another three minutes.

Step 6

Finally, add vermicelli, add oyster sauce and salt, and cook for about a minute.

Step 7

The vermicelli can be out of the pot when it becomes soft.

Step 8

Remove from the pan and put on a plate.

Cooking tips for stewed radish with olives in Spain

The most common use of radishes is white radish, which is cut into slices or strips or pieces according to personal preference. Personally, I feel that it might look better if cut into smaller cubes.
