How to make scrambled eggs with Spanish red sausage

Step 1

Beat four eggs with salt, cut the onion and tomatoes into pieces, peel off the outer casing and cut the chopped green onions (the picture on the right is the left sausage of the mouth)

Then add the onion and stir-fry, then add the tomatoes, and when the tomatoes are soft, add the previously scrambled eggs and stir well. If you like tomatoes, you can add two tomatoes and stir-fry, or you can add some tomato sauce and stir-fry them together

Finally, add salt, black pepper, and green onions and stir-fry well. I also added parsley, but it basically didn’t affect the taste
