Refreshing watermelon jelly

Ingredients for watermelon jelly

Watermelon pulp180g Rock sugar powder (sanding)20-40g
Gelatin tablets10g blueberry12 pieces
Fresh lemon slices3 tablets

Watermelon jelly recipe

Step 1

Scoop out the watermelon pulp with a spoon.

Step 2

Cut the watermelon into pieces and juice them with a juicer.

Step 3

Filter out the watermelon residue through a mesh sieve.

Step 4

Soak gelatin in cold water until soft.

Step 5

Gelatin and rock sugar powder melt with 40g of cold water insulated hot water. Let cool and set aside.

Step 6

Pour the cooled gelatin solution into the watermelon juice, stir and mix well.

Step 7

Pour the mixed watermelon jelly solution into a glass container, add a few blueberries and 1 lemon slice. Then put it in the refrigerator and chill for about 4 hours.

Step 8

Finished product!
