Ingredients for chorizo fried rice

Pepperoni200g rice200g
white wine30g Garlic15g
Small sweet onion70g Red round pepper30g
Red pepper10g olive oil20g
tomato40g chicken soup500ml
Spanish smoked paprika2g Chives2 sticks
Italian celery3g Salt and black pepperAmount

How to make chorizo fried rice

Step 1

Prepare the ingredients, cut the shallots into thick slices, shred the garlic, slice the peppers, and cut the sausages. Shred the chives and shred the celery.

Step 2

Add olive oil to the hot pan, add thick shredded dried green onions, and fry over medium heat for 5 minutes to caramelize.

Step 3

Add red pepper and garlic and stir-fry for 2 minutes, then add the sausage and fry for 3 minutes until colored, add smoked paprika and mix well, pour in the rice and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Step 4

Pour in the liquor and cook until there is no alcohol smell. Add the chicken broth and simmer for 15-20 minutes

Step 5

Season and finally mix in the shredded celery and chives. It was done
