Paella originated from a convenient dish cooked by Spanish dockworkers. Nutrition is used for satiety. Today is an improved version. Abandoned the traditional appearance to the sensitive saffron. Shrimp fish
Razor clams Haihong
Small tomatoes lemon

How to make paella

Step 1

Chopped onion and garlic sautéed in olive oil and added to the seafood

Sprinkle in a small amount of white wine. Wait for a while and turn over

Seafood in the shell is slightly opened and set aside

Add shrimp and fish. Be careful not to stir-fry too hard to make it crumbly. Fry one side and turn it over

Pour in the fragrant rice and stir gently

Add chicken broth. The ratio to the meter is 1:1.5

Sprinkle with a little turmeric powder and ground black pepper. Mix well, cover the pot and simmer for 20 minutes

Place the seafood on top of the stewed rice

Sprinkle with small tomatoes

Step 12

Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for ten minutes, adjust to 200 degrees and bake for five minutes

Step 13

Sprinkle with chopped green onions. Drizzle with olive oil
