Paella
Today is my mother’s birthday, I have already had a hearty meal outside at noon, and I want to make it simple, not greasy and delicious in the evening, so I remembered that the paella I had made last time still had the ingredients, so I started making it quickly!
How to make paella
Step 1
Ingredient preparation: Paella special rice is washed and soaked; Spanish sausage slices; Dice the onion; cut the sabah fish into pieces and marinate in white wine, salt and pepper for 20 minutes; Shrimp and fresh shellfish are also marinated with seasonings for 20 minutes; Boil two tomatoes in hot water, peel and chop for later use.
Step 2
After heating the oil, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, add onions and continue to stir-fry until fragrant, add diced tomatoes and mix, remove and set aside. Dip the fish pieces in flour and fry until golden brown (I forgot to take a picture of the fish pieces).
Step 3
Pour the onion tomato, Spanish salami, paella rice into the pot, then add the saffron (I bought paellero’s special powder directly), stir well Add an appropriate amount of salt, an appropriate amount of oil, a little pepper and a little white wine Continue to stir well, add water and start cooking (I burned it directly in the rice cooker)
Step 4
What it looks like after putting it in the rice cooker (generally you should cook shrimp, fresh shellfish and other seafood first, keep the soup and pour it into the rice, I put it directly raw)
Step 5
When the rice is almost cooked, add the fish pieces and continue to cook until cooked.
Step 6
Add chives when the rice is fragrant (no parsley, so use chives instead)
Step 7
Add a little lemon juice and a bowl of mushroom and chicken soup before eating, it’s great.
Step 8
Ten minutes later, a pot of rice was eaten cleanly, and then eaten in a pan at the bottom of the spatula, haha~
Step 9
Another small dessert after the meal, it’s so cool!
Cooking tips for paella
1. I cook for four people, and if there are fewer people, the ingredients will be halved as appropriate. 2. Rice must be soaked, and the fish pieces are fragrant and not easy to disperse. 3. Generally, I use a frying pan to cook paella, but I was lazy so I used a rice cooker. 4. The mixed rice should be properly put in oil, not too little, otherwise it is easy to stick to the bottom and burn. 5. The ingredients inside can also be added with bell peppers, shellfish, chili powder, etc., which can be added according to your liking.
