Ingredients for oven dishes

Lamb chops2 sticks Chicken wingsFour

White sesameA spoonful minced garlic1 teaspoon

How to cook in the oven

Step 1

Add all the seasonings together and mix well. Wash the lamb chops and chicken wings and filter the water. Pour in a portion of the seasoning marinated lamb chops and chicken wings for half an hour.

Step 2

Wash all the vegetables, slice them, line the baking sheet with tin foil and lay the vegetables flat. Brush with seasoning.

Step 3

The meat is spread on the outside of the vegetables, and the seasonings are brushed on.

Step 4

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and bake for half an hour. Baked. When baking, ask if it’s fragrant!

Cooking tips for oven dishes

You can add your favorite vegetables yourself. The lamb chops can’t be too big, too big to bake, so I spooned the lamb chops myself and grilled them separately for a while. Super food, I can’t move anymore.
