How okra works

Step 1

Soak and wash okra

Step 2

Take half of the okra and cut it in half

Okra cooking tips

1. Try to adjust the starch paste as much as possible, if it is too thick, the gourd juice will turn into a lump of paste. 2. Blanched okra is more delicious when chill in the refrigerator.
