Tomato and ham noodle soup method

Step 1

Tomatoes, ham, cut for later use, green onion, ginger, garlic, dried chili peppers and set aside

Wash the soybean sprouts and set aside

Heat the oil in a pan, first add green onion, ginger, garlic and chili peppers and sauté until fragrant, then add ham, soybean sprouts, and stir-fry

Finally, add diced tomatoes, add light soy sauce, and continue to stir-fry

Step 5

Stir-fry until the tomatoes are reduced

Add boiling water

Add the noodles

Step 8

Roll the noodles for five minutes and add the nepeta

Just put a little sesame oil at the end.
