Preparation of tortilla chips

Step 1

Prepare various materials to mix into a ball

Roll it out on oiled paper and roll it out to the thinnest thickness, less than or equal to 1mm! Cut into the shape you want!

Step 3

Send to the oven on 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. The baking time is due to the different temperaments of the oven, and I also bake until the third batch to adjust the time that suits my oven.
