Mexican steak burrito

Ingredients for Mexican steak burritos

How to make a Mexican steak burrito

Step 1

After hammering the steak with a rubber hammer, put it in a mixture of salt, sugar, light soy sauce, red wine, black pepper, and diced onion, refrigerate and marinate overnight.

Step 2

Add boiling water to whole wheat flour and all-purpose flour in small amounts one by one, and mix with chopsticks to form a snowflake shape.

Step 3

Knead it into a ball again, cover the noodles for 20 minutes.

Step 4

Knead into thick strips and cut into pieces of comparable size.

Step 5

Press into round cakes.

Step 6

Brush one round cake with a little vegetable oil, cover with another piece and flatten.

Step 7

Roll it into as thin a round sheet as possible, put it in a preheated non-stick pan, and bake over low heat.

Slowly bulge small bubbles in the middle.

Step 9

Until the middle is all bulging, turn off the heat and turn over, and scald it slightly with the residual heat.

Remove the baked pancakes and set aside.

Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat.

Put the steak in and fry it over high heat until it is set on both sides, and then fry over low heat until it is medium cooked.

Cut the pan-fried steak into thin strips. Because it is for children, it is fried into nine mature days. The maturity of the steak can be adjusted according to personal preference.

Wash and shred the green and red peppers and carrots, shred the onion, cut the cherry tomatoes, add a little honey, garlic powder, and paprika and mix well.
