Ingredients for Mexican beef rolls

Preparation of Mexican beef rolls

Step 1

Make the cake first (mix 1:2 of flour + water)

Step 2

Cut the onion and bell pepper into shredded meat and set aside

Step 3

Marinate the beef with Cajun powder and chili powder for 10~15min

Step 4

Stir-fry the beef, green chili peppers, and bell peppers with a little Cajun powder and salt until cooked

Step 5

Make the batter into a cake shape, wrap it in cheese, vegetables, and beef, make it into a cylinder, cut it with an oblique knife in the middle, and place it on a plate

Marinate: garlic powder, paprika, fennel powder, Cajun powder.
