Mango pie – no-bake Indian recipe mousse
On Thanksgiving day, the company has a party, each person brings a dish, and I am in charge of dessert. This mango pie was brought by an Indian colleague at the previous party of my husband’s company, he was full of praise after eating it, and asked for the recipe to make it at home several times, because it was not very sweet and very novel, the whole family liked it very much. So I decided to take this one this time, this recipe can make two pies, and the other is just right to stay for the Thanksgiving family dinner. This time, I went to an Indian supermarket to purchase mango paste, and the taste was better than what I had tried before, and the company was quickly swept away. I’m glad everyone likes this, and I’ll put the recipe on it and make it easier next time. Share with everyone, if you can buy ingredients, you might as well try it, simple and delicious star desserts.
The way to make a mango pie
Step 1
On the left is mango paste bought from an Indian supermarket, a large can is about 4 US dollars, and on the right is gel, there are four sachets in a box, I used two bags this time
Step 2
Pour the gel powder into a large basin, melt with two spoons of hot water, and add a cup of hot milk to melt evenly. (I forgot to take a picture at this step)
Step 3
Add 1/2 cup sugar or powdered sugar, 2 1/2 cups mango paste
Step 4
Mix well with a blender
Step 5
Take another clean basin and pour 1 cup of liquid cream, the cream I bought is shown in the picture
Step 6
Whip the cream until fluffy
Step 7
Add the beaten cream to the previous mango paste and mix gently
Step 8
Pour the stirred batter into both pie plates. Close the lid and put it in the refrigerator and it will be ready to eat after 6-8 hours. (I bought the pie plate directly from the supermarket, and I saw someone on the Internet who made their own pie crust and felt that it was too troublesome, and it was affordable and trouble-free)
