Lazy version of Indian Masala curry

I really like Indian food, I was afraid that I was an Indian in my previous life, and I am better than Japanese curry

Ingredients for Indian Masala Curry

Indian Masala Curry Paste2 scoops drumstick350g
yoghurt50ml Whipped cream50ml
butter30 g garlic2 petals

Indian Masala curry recipe

Step 1

Prepare the ingredients: Indian Masala curry paste, chicken thigh dices, yogurt, whipped cream (I don’t have any cream at home, I use milk instead, cream will be richer), butter, garlic slices

Step 2

Mix the masala curry sauce with the chicken thighs and set aside

Step 3

Add butter and garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant

Step 4

Add chicken thighs and fry for 5 minutes

Step 5

Add 150ml of boiling water and bring to a boil over high heat

Step 6

Add yogurt and whipped cream and stir to thicken it

Step 7

When it’s done, I sprinkle some chopped parsley, or you can sprinkle some coriander. It looks a bit like that, believe me, you go to an Indian restaurant to eat, and it looks like this
