Step 1

Prepare half a bowl of steamed rice, I use ordinary rice, not glutinous rice

Then pour Korean sushi vinegar into the rice and stir well

Prepare a bamboo curtain, put a sheet of seaweed, spread the rice evenly with a spoon, put radish strips in the middle of the rice, meat floss (cucumber, ham sausage, etc., because I didn’t put these things), roll it up and cut it into small pieces with a knife. Squeeze the tomato sauce on top to garnish. My mother-in-law made fried steamed buns at noon, and I gave it a smile.
