Korean spicy pig’s trotters
Wild boar is the most common meat in Azeroth. There is a limerick among the orcs that says, “Orcs eat pork, pork must be burned thoroughly, go out to fight wild boars, and go home to roast pork.” Orcs have always been very rough in eating meat, so let’s have a Korean-style spicy roasted pig’s trotters……
The practice of spicy pig’s trotters
Step 1
Pig’s trotters actually contain pig’s feet and small hooves. Put it in a pot of cold water and cook with green onions and ginger.
Step 2
After the water boils, add cooking wine. Cook for about 20 minutes.
Step 3
Heat the water in another pot, add five-spice powder, dark soy sauce, rock sugar, green onion and ginger, star anise, cook for a while and add the cooked pig’s trotters. Simmer for 2~3 hours.
Step 4
Try it with chopsticks, if it is very soft and easy to pierce, don’t overcook it, and let it cool after cooking.
Step 5
Prepare a little peeled cooked peanuts and chop them for later use.
Step 6
Homemade Korean chili paste. It’s sweet and spicy. This hot sauce can be searched in my recipe with detailed instructions. If you don’t want to trouble yourself, you can also use Korean hot sauce with honey.
Step 7
Brush the hot sauce evenly.
Step 8
Bake in the oven at 190 degrees for 20 minutes, then brush several times for 10 minutes each time.

After cooling, cut into pieces and put on a plate, sprinkle with chopped peanuts and sesame seeds.
Step 10

Cooking techniques for spicy pig’s trotters
