When I saw that the cabbage was quite fresh in the supermarket, I thought I would try making spicy cabbage

Ingredients for Korean spicy cabbage

sugar14g Dry spicy noodles55g

Korean spicy cabbage recipe

Step 1

First wash and cut the cabbage, marinate it with salt for about 6 hours, squeeze out the water and set aside

Step 2

Apples, pears (peeled), ginger, garlic, cut into pieces and paste with a food processor and remove for later use

Step 3

Add an appropriate amount of chili noodles and a little sugar to the paste according to the level of spiciness you can accept

Step 4

Stir well and you will have a fragrant sauce

Step 5

The prepared chili sauce is evenly spread on the pickled cabbage with dry moisture, and it can be put into a sealed box (dry the water in the sealed box beforehand)

Step 6

Store in the refrigerator or cool place for 3-5 days and enjoy
