Step 1

Cut the pumpkin into pieces and steam for ten minutes until rotten

Step 2

Spoil the pumpkin with a spoon, it is better to have a food processor, if no one sees it, you can pinch it with your hands

Step 3

Use half a bowl of glutinous rice flour, mix into a bowl of water, and mix well

Step 4

Boil water in the pot first, then mix the water of glutinous rice flour with pumpkin puree, add sugar, the sweetness can be adjusted while tasting, turn off the heat and boil for ten minutes
