Ingredients for Korean kimchi

How to make Korean kimchi

Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients and wash them (I forgot to buy shrimp skin)

Step 2

Each leaf of cabbage is evenly salted, a lot of water is released, and the water is lightly dried after four hours

Step 3

Wash it several times with cold boiled water or mineral water until the salt is just right, and the water is dried and set aside

Step 4

Crush the apples, ginger and garlic in a blender, pour in the spicy cabbage sauce, sugar, and add some chili powder if you like it spicy

Step 5

Cut the dried cabbage and mix well with the sauce. Sprinkle with leeks and chopped green onions in a crisper or glass bottle. Mix it and eat it, put it in the refrigerator overnight to make it more flavorful, of course, if you like sourness, you can keep it for a few more days
