On Saturday, my husband’s Korean friends held a Sino-Korean friendship party, Korean friends taught Chinese friends to make kimchi, Chinese friends taught Korean friends to make dumplings, public welfare activities, princess did not go to class, and a family of three went to learn to make authentic Korean kimchi. I had a lot of fun and learned the craft.

Ingredients for Korean kimchi

How to make Korean kimchi

Step 1

Chinese cabbage, cut into two pieces from the middle, if it is large, cut into four pieces, marinate for 7-8 hours, control the moisture, and set aside.

Step 2

Glutinous rice flour, boil into a paste, boil it like polenta, let it cool, put on gloves and chili noodles and mix well, it is best to stand still for about half an hour.

Step 3

Cut the radish into shreds, not too fine.

Step 4

Finely chop the green onions, pears, and apples are beaten in a food processor.

Step 5

Chop the garlic and ginger.

So the ingredients are all added to the mixed chili noodles, and mix well, taste it, the taste is light, you can add some salt, personal taste.

Mix the mixed sauce, touch the Chinese cabbage evenly one by one, tighten it, and put it in a container.

Korean friends said that they have a refrigerator dedicated to kimchi, but we don’t have it here, so we can put it in the refrigerator to keep it fresh.
