How to make Korean kimchi

Step 1

Wash and drain the Chinese cabbage and radish, add salt and marinate for about 8 hours, and the Chinese cabbage and radish will soften the water

Put it in a box and seal it for one day to ferment, and put it in the refrigerator the next day for 3-5 days before it can be eaten

After 3 days, it is recommended that the radish pickle will be more delicious if it is marinated
