Korean kelp soup recipe
Step 1
Soak the dried kelp first

Cut the coriander into sections and chop the garlic into minced garlic

Cut the beef balls (I didn’t buy beef in a hurry, so I used beef balls instead)

Add water, cover the pot, wait for the water to boil, add salt, soy sauce, chicken essence, coriander, cook for a while, turn off the heat (if you like sesame oil, you can put a few drops of sesame oil)
