Ingredients for Korean kelp soup

Dried kelp150g Beef balls or beefBy personal preference
coriander1 tree minced garliccrumb
soy sauce Chicken essence
Pepper salt

Korean kelp soup recipe

Step 1

Soak the dried kelp first

Step 2

Cut the coriander into sections and chop the garlic into minced garlic

Step 3

Cut the beef balls (I didn’t buy beef in a hurry, so I used beef balls instead)

Step 4

Heat the pan, add a little oil, and stir-fry the beef balls and minced garlic

Step 5

Drain the kelp and stir-fry together

Step 6

Add water, cover the pot, wait for the water to boil, add salt, soy sauce, chicken essence, coriander, cook for a while, turn off the heat (if you like sesame oil, you can put a few drops of sesame oil)
