Ingredients for Korean spine soup

spine1000g Enoki mushroom300 g
potato1 Chrysanthemum200g
Dried cabbage300g Green onion, ginger and garlicAmount

Korean spine soup practice

Step 1

Pig backbone. Enoki mushroom. Cut the potatoes into pieces. Chrysanthemum. Dry wash the cabbage. Scallions. Ginger. Garlic. Wine. Korean miso Korean hot sauce Suzi powder

Step 2

Add green onion, ginger, cooking wine, a tablespoon of Korean miso sauce, and a spoonful of Korean hot sauce and cook for 30 minutes

Step 3

Finely chop the garlic. Add minced garlic to dried cabbage. A spoonful of Korean hot sauce. Perilla powder to taste. Stir and marinate for 20 minutes

Step 4

Add the pickled dried cabbage to the spine that is simmered for 30 minutes. Potato chunks, chrysanthemum. Enoki mushroom perilla leaves. Vermicelli. Perilla powder. Cook for 15 minutes.
