Korean bibimbap recipe

Step 1

Blanch the bean sprouts, green leafy vegetables, and tomatoes in boiling water and remove them

Step 2

Stir-fry the pork belly and potatoes in a little oil, remove and set aside, and shred the cucumber.

Step 3

Put the finished dishes on the cooked rice in turn, and finally add the eggs, the eggs can be soft-hearted or fully cooked, personal hobbies are free, sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Step 4

Miso, sesame oil and chili sauce are mixed well, if you like spicy food, you can add more chili sauce.
