Ingredients for bibimbap

Bibimbap sauce Sprite2 scoops
Starch syrup/white sugarHalf a spoon sesame oil1 scoop
Korean hot sauce3 scoops ingredient
Lentinula edodes3 flowers spinach1 small handful
carrotHalf a root Enoki mushroom1 small handful
sprouts1 small handful Egg1
cooked rice1 serving sesameAmount

Bibimbap method

Step 1

Prepare the ingredients you need

Step 2

wash the spinach and control the water and cut into sections; wash and peel the carrots and cut them into thin strips; wash and cut off the tail of the mushrooms and slice them; remove the tail of the bean sprouts, wash and control the water; wash and slice the zucchini and shred it

Step 3

Heat a pan and stir-fry vegetables with a little oil, do not mix together, stir-fry in batches

Step 4

Step 5
