How to make bibimbap

Step 1

Wash zucchini, shiitake mushrooms, bean sprouts, spinach, shiitake mushrooms, zucchini and spinach and cut into pieces, blanch all these greens, cool and clean the water for later use.

Step 2

2 tablespoons of Korean hot sauce, add 3 tablespoons of Sprite, a little refined salt and beef powder, mix well and set aside.
