Korean bibimbap

“Bibimbap”, also known as “Korean bibimbap” and “stone bowl bibimbap”, is a rice dish unique to Heilongjiang, Jilin and Liaoning in South Korea and northeast China. Its birthplace is Jeonju, South Korea, and later evolved into a representative food of South Korea. Put rice and dishes in the stone pot, and then bake until there is a layer of pot at the bottom of the pot, which is fragrant and attractive. The ingredients of bibimbap are not new, mainly rice, meat, eggs, as well as soybean sprouts, mushrooms and various wild vegetables. Bibimbap is nutritious and not high in calories.

How to make bibimbap

Step 1

Prepare shiitake mushrooms, corn, eggs, cucumbers, sausages, carrots, black sesame seeds, chili sauce, kimchi

Step 2

Prepare the chopped seaweed

Step 3

Shred cucumbers, carrots, sausages, peel corn, and slice mushrooms

Step 4

Prepare a bibimbap stone pot

Step 5

Brush the bottom with a layer of cooking oil

Step 6

Put the cooked rice in it and compact it

Step 7

1. Put the carrots in the pan and cook 2. Blanch the corn kernels 3. Fry the sausage on both sides 4. Stir-fry the mushrooms Then put corn kernels, shiitake mushrooms, shredded carrots, shredded cucumbers, kimchi, and sausages on top of the rice

Put a little chopped seaweed in the middle

Put the stone pot on the gas stove and cook over medium heat, about 3-4 minutes, hear a popping sound, turn off the heat (this step is to cook a thin layer of pot rice at the bottom of the stone pot)

2 tablespoons of chili sauce + appropriate amount of Sprite + 2 tablespoons of sugar (honey) + sesame oil and stir well The sauce can be dipped in a little bit during the mixing process, so that it can be mixed to your liking
