Ingredients for Khanom Bueang Thai crepes

rice flour250g Mung bean flour100g
sugar60g Egg1 piece
water60ml lemon juice40ml
Brown sugar70g Coconut milk70ml

Khanom Bueang Thai Chapati Recipe

Step 1

Rice flour, mung bean flour, and brown sugar are mixed well

Step 2

Add 20ml of egg yolk to water, mix well, and slowly pour in the powder

Step 3

Pour in the lemon juice and mix well, this will make the crust crispier

In another bowl, pour the egg whites, sugar, beat the egg whites, then pour in the coconut milk and mix well (4)
