Japanese miso soup

At first, I knew that miso soup was to watch Japanese TV series, but later Korean dramas became popular, and I wanted to try this soup. After coming to Melbourne, the capital of food and culture, you can finally eat authentic Korean kimchi and Japanese miso soup. My soup is the simplest modified version.

Ingredients for Japanese miso soup

A box of tender tofu A little Korean dried wakame
2 tablespoons Japanese miso miso sauce A small handful of dried sea rice
2 slices of ginger

Japanese miso soup recipe

Step 1

Prepare tofu, miso sauce, dried wakame, dried sea rice

Step 2

Cut the tofu into small pieces, cut the wakame into small pieces with scissors and soak them in a bowl for later use, take two tablespoons of miso and drain them with pure water or cold boiled water

Step 3

Put the ginger slices and sea rice in a pot of cold water and bring to a boil, add the tofu, add the wakame and large sauce after opening the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, and then simmer for a few minutes

Step 4

Come on, drink a bowl of miso soup, healthy and nutritious

Cooking techniques for Japanese miso soup

After putting the wakame in it, it needs to be cooked with the lid open, which will keep the green color of the dish.
