Ingredients for Japanese fried shrimp

Fresh shrimp400g flour80g
Bread sugar100g WineTwo spoons
White paste pepper5g EggThree

How to fry shrimp in Japan

Step 1

Wash and peel the shrimp, without peeling the tail

Step 2

Remove the shrimp line and press lightly with the back of the knife so that it will not bend when fried. Then sprinkle some powder wine and white pepper and marinate for 20 minutes.

Step 3

Wrap flour, egg mixture, and bread sugar in turn. Just fry it in a frying pan until golden brown and crispy!
