Japanese curry

Step 1
Cut the beef into small pieces, not too small and not too big.

Stir-fry the onion until it is soft and not too soft, so that the onion is just sweet and not too much, add the remaining vegetables.

Stir-fry the vegetables for a while, add the beef, continue to stir-fry over medium heat.

Add curry, I chose this one, a little spicy, but the taste is not very spicy, if you like spicy food, you can add a little chili.

After adding hot water, add the curry, the water can be cooked for 15 minutes if the water exceeds the surface, super guy, make sure the beef is tender.

When the potatoes and carrots are soft, add the above three seasonings, one spoonful each, and continue to cook over ultra-low heat for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the situation.
