Indian taste – grilled chicken
One day, I saw that there was still chicken thighs in the refrigerator, and I made this “dark dish” on a whim, and it tasted good, very similar to Indian food. Wrap it in hand-grabbed cakes or lettuce, and it will have a unique taste.
Recipe for grilling chicken
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients, wash and set aside~
Step 2
Crush the onion and green pepper with a food processor~
Step 3
Put the chicken thighs on the chopping board, use a kitchen knife along the upper end of the chicken thighs, cut the bones in a circle, and cut the fascia~
Step 4
Follow the cut position and pull the chicken down hard, and the chicken and chicken bones are basically separated~
Step 5
The remaining connected fascia can be cut with a knife~
Step 6
Cut the separated chicken into small pieces, and the chicken bones can be boiled in soup and noodles~
Step 7
After the oil is heated, reduce to low temperature, add chopped onions and green peppers and stir-fry evenly~
Step 8
Add cooking wine, Thai or Korean hot sauce, stir-fry evenly~ (Chinese hot sauce is made with Chinese flavor) (taste the taste after frying, if the salt is not enough, you need to add some salt)
Step 9
Preheat the oven to 200° for 5 minutes, line the baking sheet with foil. Mix the fried ingredients with the chicken thighs and spread them flat on a baking sheet~
Step 10
Place in the middle layer of the oven and bake at 200° up and down for 20 minutes. If you like to eat a little more dry and burnt, you can bake for 20-25 minutes~ (each oven has a different temper, please operate according to your own oven temper)
Step 11
It’s freshly baked~
Step 12
Take a bite and try it~
