Step 1

1. If you are afraid of the fishy smell of chicken, you can blanch it in advance to remove the fishy smell; 2. If you like carrots, you can add a carrot and potatoes to the pot at the same time; 3. According to personal taste, I also added an appropriate amount of black pepper juice when collecting the juice over high heat, which felt quite delicious; 4. Stir-fry properly before starting the pot to prevent the bottom from sticking.
