How to make Indian spice milk tea

Step 1

The recommended amount for this tea is 150c.c. water to 3g of tea leaves, which requires 15g of tea leaves, but I wanted the tea flavor to be a bit stronger, so I used 18g of tea leaves

Step 2

The used tea leaves can also be brewed twice, and the spices are separately packed in tea bags so that they will not be mixed with the tea leaves

Step 3

Heat the water to over 90 degrees (small bubbles appear on the side of the pot), then add the tea leaves and simmer over low heat, simmer for about 3-4 minutes, then turn off the heat

Step 4

Then put it in the spice packet and simmer for about 1 minute (the longer the cooking time, the more water will evaporate, and the astringency will become very strong, but after adding milk, it will be different!). )

Step 5

Finally, pour in honey and milk, stir well and you’re done! The amount of milk should not overshadow the tea aroma, up to about one-third, and I recommend adding enough honey or sugar, you may not like sugar-free spiced milk tea too much;p
