【Indian Small Pot Curry Chicken】Karahi Chicken
Karahi means pot or cast iron pot in Indo-Pakistani, so Karahi Murgh interprets it literally, which is a bit similar to dry pot chicken. This dish has less soup than regular curry dishes and is very rich and delicious. A while ago, my friend moved back to India with his family and left me a box of spices, including spice powder for making this pot of chicken curry. It’s been a long time since I’ve made curry chicken, so let’s make a pot curry chicken this weekend!
