Step 1
Peel the potatoes, wash them, steam them in a pressure cooker for 15 minutes, and then press them into a puree.
Step 2
Take 3 curry cubes and melt them in water
Step 3
Cut about 30g of butter and melt it until it can be pressed with your fingers
Step 4
Stir all the above ingredients well
Step 5
Wrap the curry mashed potatoes in the wonton skin, seal the mouth, and press it with a fork. As long as it doesn’t leak out. Then put oil in the pot, fry until golden brown and the finished product.
