Indian pilaf recipe

Step 1

The raw materials are ready, the carrots and onions are large, in fact, a little smaller is better,

Slice the garlic and ginger separately, cut the chili into rings and set aside

Wash the lamb chops 2-3 times to remove impurities and marinate with ground black pepper, dried ginger, cumin powder, cinnamon, salt, garlic slices, ginger slices, chili peppers, and an appropriate amount of milk for 3 hours or overnight (need to be put in the refrigerator). Wash the whole rice of Fulinmen and soak it in bay leaves, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom seeds and water for about 4 hours

Heat the wok, pour in 3 tablespoons of olive oil, stir-fry the carrots and onions first, then add the tomatoes and stir-fry

Finally, add the marinated lamb chops and stir-fry

Add an appropriate amount of water and boil for 20 minutes

Pour Fulinmen whole rice into the rice cooker, add slightly less water than the usual steamed rice, you can also replace it with the same amount of milk, pour the lamb chops into the rice cooker, select the fine cooking button, if the lamb chops are not cooked for 20 minutes in advance, then choose the claypot rice function (longer time)

Step 9

Remember that the total amount of water must not overflow the ingredients, otherwise it will be cooked into a pot of porridge

Step 10

Sprinkle with a little ground ground black pepper and cilantro before serving
