Indian Curry Stew • Masala Stew Recipe • Summer Country Taste (7)

Today I would like to share a meat stewed with curry powder that I made myself – Indian Masala Curry Stew • Summer Country Taste (7). Speaking of which, Masala Masala is about the so-called curry curry in the world. Many articles and food programs have said that there is no word “curry” in India, which is a concept created by British people. Indians use the word masala more often, referring to the seasoning powder mixed with various spices, and can also refer to curry sauce, which is the soul of Indian taste. This curry stew is very comfortable with naan, rice, and even mixed noodles, referring to the method of Indian chef Derails Prasad. I won’t write about the curry powder used, see India’s “Curry Powder Decryption Homemade Recipe • Summer Country Taste (4)” Tips ⚠️: Use a stainless steel pan to cook curry, the iron pan will make the dish black.
