(Indian) Curry Chicken Rice/Beef Rice
Curry chicken rice method
Step 1
Wash and cut chicken, potatoes, carrots, onions, coriander and other things into pieces and set aside. Freshly cooked white rice.
Step 2
After the oil is preheated, add the onion and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the carrots and stir-fry together, when the carrots change color, pour in the chicken and stir-fry until fragrant, add the curry sauce and stir-fry until fragrant, you can also add potatoes and red peppers (you can add or not according to personal taste) and stir-fry together. When you feel that everything is evenly and there is curry ingredients, pour in yogurt, (pouring in coconut milk is the taste of Thai curry) You can also add an appropriate amount of water. Simmer for about 20 minutes until the food inside is cooked (turn the food in the pot regularly), and finally add coriander and salt, and turn the food in the pot.
Step 3
After cooking, put it on a plate, pour the rice served in a bowl into the plate, pour the finished chicken curry around the rice and enjoy :).
