Indian Chinese food [Indian sour cauliflower] Gobi Manchurian

The literal translation of the name of this dish is “Manchurian cauliflower”, which is a must-have dish in India’s “Chinese restaurant” and a “Chinese dish” that Indians love very much. When I was in India, I would often meet Indian friends and ask, “Can you teach me how to make Manchurian cauliflower?” ”。 It makes me very ridiculous! Later, when I encounter such a problem, I will say, “Manchurian cauliflower is not Chinese food!” However, it is the closest Indian food to Chinese taste! ” I often think that this dish may have evolved from the sweet and sour practice of Chinese immigrants to India, influenced by local ingredients and local tastes. And how? It is unknown.
