India [Vegetarian Fried Sandwich]
Recently, due to the Covid-19 coronavirus outbreak, the governor imposed a ban two weeks ago, and many restaurants and supermarkets were temporarily closed. If you have nothing to do at home, make a snack that you want to make for a long time. When I was in India, there was a small café at the entrance of the rented community, and this vegetarian fried sandwich was their signature snack, and many people lined up to buy it, and Jun’s father also liked it. I haven’t eaten this snack for many years, and the ingredients are available at home, so let’s make it for the male host who has been having meetings because he works from home!
