Step 1

Prepare the ingredients.

Put all the ingredients into the stew pot, make the soup slightly salty, you can taste the pork knuckle, bring to a boil over high heat, change to low heat, add a lid and simmer for 2 and a half hours until the chopsticks can be inserted into the pork knuckle, but not too crispy.

Step 4
